Nadine A. McDougal - Founder

Meet our Founder

McDougal Consulting was established by Nadine A. McDougal, a dedicated Human Resource Consultant with a number of years’ experience under her belt. She is driven by her passion for making a difference to organization development especially the Human Resources within Antigua and the wider Caribbean. Her background includes work in telecommunications, customer service, retail management, and accounting. She has a wide range of practical business acumen and an extensive professional network which she partners with to achieve her clients’ every need.

Ms. McDougal’s expertise spans critical areas of strategic human resource management including human resource planning, talent acquisition, recruitment and selection, performance management, career planning, and organizational development. As a consultant, she has worked with hotels, insurance companies, government organizations, and online gaming companies in various Caribbean territories.

Nadine is a graduate of the University of the West Indies Cave Hill, Barbados where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Management majoring in Human Resource Management with first-class honours. She went on to earn her Masters of Business Administration from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China and is an active member of SHRM and various human resource associations across the Caribbean.

Shem Timothy

Financial Strategist

Shem is a passionate, detailed, and committed Accounting and Finance Professional. Over the past years, Mr. Timothy has functioned as an accountant in hotels, banks, insurance agencies, and non-profit organizations. Presently he is pursuing his ACCA and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of the West Indies. He is certified in QuickBooks and is an active member of Rotaract and Toastmasters.

Monique Bowen

Digital Marketing Strategist

Monique earned her Associates of Arts in Marketing at the Antigua State College before going on to achieve her Bachelor of Science in Management with Tourism and Hospitality from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill. Monique is a certified Digital Marketer with extensive experience in content planning and creation, copywriting, and social media management. In 2020, Ms. Bowen was asked to be a subject matter expert and beta tester providing useful feedback on a new platform being launched by a global company based in Canada. They recognized her expertise and skill in utilizing the previous version of the platform and wanted to tap into her knowledge and experience as they prepared to launch an award-winning product.

Brandon Reifer

IT Solutions Architect & Web Designer

Brandon is a creative. He aims to provide the highest quality in web design and development to companies while enhancing their online presence. As a result of this drive, Mr. Reifer has developed his skills landing him a certification in Web Development. Presently he is the Principal Developer and Graphic Designer at Anchor Monkey and has undertaken several projects in industries such as non-profit organizations, healthcare, entertainment, and the tourism industry in Antigua, Barbados, and Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in management and computer science from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill campus.
